I have the same problem on my real 464 with a DDI5! The weird thing is I swear it previously used to work. Not sure what is going on, but all Crazy Piri games load and then when you hit fire to start, they don't play!
This includes Kolotoc and Puzzle Bobble as well as Pepper Buster.
