Updates are required in order for the passthrough to function properly,  Try hitting the home button twice to see if that helps.  Otherwise an update to the headset will be required.  If you purchased through itch.io please reach out to the team and send a request, I can approve your refund.  I strong recommend updating the headset if you would like to play passthrough games.

Did you download it from applab or Itch.io?  It does not look like you purchased this through Itch.io.  could you provide a screen shot of your purchase?  If you purchased this through app lab the game should automatically be on your device unless you are using another account.

Hi bink1109,  I tested it and was able to download it.  Check your firewall settings and use google chrome browser.  you should find (FPSEnhancedRealityItchioV6.3.apk)  download file.

If that fails, please provide proof of purchase and I can give you a key.

Just out of curiosity, did the download link not appear for you or was the file not able to save on your PC? 

Other players were able to download it from itch.io, I tested it a few times to be sure before posting the game. I wanted to make sure other players do not experience this. 

I will give you an Applab Key through email since I was not able access your discord.  If you purchased it through applab and got it working you can refund it and you will still have access to the key. 

I really hope you give this app another chance as I want every player to enjoy the game and a really care about the apps success. Let me know if you get the key to work.

Hi Reljack,  I am really sorry, I tried your discord and was unable to connect to Dr.Creampie #9455 but had no luck, I haven't checked itch.io in a very long time since I tried your Discord.

I am trying to keep up with numerous help requests from, facebook, sidequest, youtube, discord, etc. plus keeping up with development of 5 games and another full time job with travel, it is very easy for something to slip through the cracks for a week or two since i am handling everything. I saw a review from applab and investigated if this was the response that I forgot to follow up on.

I would get the app lab version,  I will be updating the soon now that the holidays are over.  check out this video as it really help with the current setup.  i will be making many iterations to gameplay and setup in the future.

Below are the steps to download the game to the Quest 2:

-Download apk to the PC

-open Sidequest on PC

- connect headset with PC using link cable (make sure unknown sourced are enabled

- click install apk from file on the top right hand menu bar of sidequest

-the game should be found under unknown sources.

Unfortunately, there is no demo for this game.  The price is to support the apps development, the assets can get expensive.  The App lab version is coming soon.  I am hoping to add more game modes and online pvp support. Make sure you have enough room to play.

Thank you for your feedback,  I am planning on adding an ammo vest in the near future perhaps in the next update or two.

For the enemy spawns it is on my bucket list for improvements, I have noticed the same thing, and it is more common in smaller spaces. since they are limited on where they can spawn.

For the reset to the menu,  I will look into solutions.  There has been a bug that has messed with the setup if the player is spawned back to the weapons menu.  I will in the future see if I can find a coder that can help me out with this.

Please make sure that you reset your guardian boundaries and the floor is adjusted properly.  You must press save and exit to save start up. relaunch the app and your scene is saved.  make sure there are no items blocking the menu and reach out with your hand to press the button.  Which menu are you not able to proceed?  Is it the weapon table?
