Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This was a good take on the theme and interesting concept. It has a lot of potential and was a good first prototype! Would love to see this progress! Also amazing for a first game :D

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This was so satisfying once I got the hang of it. The particles and screenshake made it fun and gave it a very polished feel. Simple but effective concept and take on the theme!

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This was a cool little game. I liked the UI and how the visuals were consistent throughout. It was a little tricky to get the hang of the movement in the beginning however.  A good take on the theme nonetheless, would be cool to have some sound effects or music playing not just when you hit play!

Hey guys! Thanks for entering :)

First of all, this game looked amazing - the visuals were brilliant and it gave a very polished look to the game. The music was also super fitting and enjoyable to listen to. I liked how the game took you straight into it, but maybe a little explanation of the goal would be good. Awesome submission - if you were taking this further I would recommend adding things like screen shake and particle effects when you shoot to really spice it up.

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This was a cool take on the theme and a fun little game. The different music for different levels was a nice touch and suited each one well. The actual gameplay has potential but the controls could definitely be worked on to be more responsive and the grappling hook fine tuned.

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This was a super good game and the controls were super intuitive and responsive. The sound effects were very suiting to the game and the overall gameplay was fun and well build. A good take on the theme!

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This was a really well made game and it works perfectly. The colour palette is nice and consistent throughout, the only thing I feel it could benefit from is music during the gameplay! Well done :)

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

Horror games are never my cup of tea, but this one was really nicely made with brilliant graphics. Super impressive considering the time scale, audio was also very nice, not got much criticism as this was a very good game :D

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This was such a visually pleasing game, so clean and well made. Unique idea and enjoyable to play! Props to the music creator, they did a brilliant job. Love the main menu, only tiny bit of feedback - the actual gameplay increases in difficulty quite quickly, maybe add a few levels in between?

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This game is really nicely done, the visuals are very pleasing. The music and sound effects are also well suited! Good connection to the theme, well done :) Only part I personally didn't like was the rage aspect - how it quits every death.

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This is super impressive - single player, multi player and a procedurally generated world if I'm not wrong?! Super fun game, brilliant take on theme and graphics and audio were both great :D

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This is a fun game with brilliant graphics however doesn't relate to the theme at all.

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This was a super fun game and had brilliant mechanics and visuals. I especially liked the city map, but the option to select maps was a brilliant addition! The slow-time jump was really brilliant and the controls were super responsive and snappy. Audio suits the game and the particles just added a brilliant and satisfying feel - would be awesome to have even more for things like killing a red cube. Only criticism is that there wasn't much relation to the theme - I get the hat has to stay connected but this could maybe have been enforced a little more!

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

First of all, I loved all the audio and sound effects. Also the interactive tutorial was brilliant! Super intuitive and well built game. The take on the theme is brilliant, no complaints here!

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This is definitely a unique take on the theme, and a really fun one at that! Would be awesome if there were more levels! The visuals stay nice and consistent and the music is a nice background tune if not a little repetitive. Well done!

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This was a super fun and unique take on the theme, I loved the art and also the music went very well. It was a well built game and quite addictive! One thing that could make it cooler would be some shoot sound effects and also maybe some particles and screen shake!

Hey! Thanks for entering :)

This was a fun little game, would have been cool to see a more direct take on the theme but still fun nonetheless. The wall jumping mechanic was interesting, the audio cool as well. It could be a little more polished, as sometimes the wall colliders weren't exact.

Hey! Thank you for entering :)

Fun little game you have here, I like the graphics and it is a good take on the theme. The controls were quite unresponsive, maybe speed up the movement slightly or make the sort of sliding on ice after you stop effect less, I think they suit the ghost and how it flies but are just a little too unresponsive.

I absolutely love this game, such a shame the connect mechanic bugged but I will definitely be playing when the post jam version comes out. The art style, palette and everything about the visuals is so calming and nice. Despite the main mechanic not working, everything else is super well build especially each user's profile and also the room layout. The music fits the game perfectly and adds to the calming effect. Brilliant game :)

Hey! Thank you for entering :)

I was looking forward to playing this - the graphics and UI are super consistent and pleasing. The game is extremely well built and fits the theme so well. My one criticism would be the sound when the player moves each time, it's quite repetitive and annoying - it may be good to use that when the magnet uses its electron power instead of every movement. The waves noise is a nice effect :)

Hey! Thank you for entering :)

I loved the graphics in this game and the connection to the theme. The music was also quite nice! A couple suggestions - there is a lot of text in the how to play section, maybe try and use interactive tutorials or images to show how to play instead of text as people may not want to read a lot. The game was quite complex but enjoyable nonetheless !

Hey! Thank you for entering :)

This was a fun little game and it was built nicely. The music is quite repetitive but overall a nice entry :) A tip for the future would be to not use a big block of text in the beginning - people don't enjoy reading it and it can put people off of the game, try things like interactive tutorials or images rather than text.

Hey! Thank you for entering :)

This was a super fun game - I loved the graphics and the actual gameplay was very well built. It covered the theme nicely too! My only criticism would be that the spikes get quite dizzying after a few levels, maybe slow the spinning or have some spinning in different directions :)

Glad you joined! Can't wait to play your game :) Remember the more you rate other games, the more likely yours will get rated and receive feedback!

Hey! Do you have Discord? I will send you a late submission link.

Well done on finishing! I hope it was a valuable experience. Now the more you rate others games, the more likely it will be that yours will get rated and receive feedback!

Hey Codracon!

A fellow game dev YouTuber made an awesome video with game jam tips - I recommend you check that out!

Premade assets are allowed - we recommend working from scratch as you will get a better score if it's brand new but ultimately your choice. If assets are made by others be sure to credit them.

Hey !

The 2 winners of the jam (community pick and my personal favourite) will receive honourable mentions in a video on my channel and an exclusive role on the Discord server and everyone who submits will have the success of finishing a game! As for money or other prizes there will be none in this jam.

I'd recommend adding some friction as the ice-like moving makes it difficult but good idea nonetheless

This is a good take on the theme although there could be a little more impact in the gameplay like a couple comments mentioned already.

Perhaps you could increase the difficulty more gradually as it gets very hard after the first level. Also not sure how it fits with the theme but quite a good idea nonetheless!
