After trying re-install and then un-install then installing again I can confirm the bug still persists the demo is effectively bricked for me at this time.

Just started a new game after installing the demo, and immediately after starting a new game it fails to load the character on the start up scene/sequence,  only giving the option to retry with no success, yet at the time of this posting it made the demo immediately unplayable.  I will try a re-install and see if it was perhaps the problem with the download meanwhile.

Fairly nice game have done a fair few hours and done some endings now, my only issue is at the ending screen where it seems to lock you, so you can't even return to the title screen at the end instead you got to close the window.

Just letting you know I think I found a bug, at random points during gameplay the  game stops responding to any inputs. Will be unable to move the character in the overworld, or open a menu or during battles cannot select any option or progress pages in scenes. I have not narrowed down any pattern yet. Only solution  is to close the game and resume from previous save so far.
