There are currently no confirmed plans to make impregnation a major feature or fetish-focused mechanic.
If pregnancy ever becomes relevant to a character or route, it would need to develop naturally from the story and have meaningful consequences for the characters involved. I would not include it purely to satisfy a tag or as disconnected adult content.
Profiler is primarily a story-driven and cinematic experience. The adult elements are there to support the relationships, atmosphere, and narrative, rather than determine the direction of the game.
