You have to kill the enemys on the right Tower. After that it did unlock for me
I found Sasha she is in Antons Room.
I am stuck I have done almost everything but now the game wants me to talk to Sasha at Night but i cant find her anywhere.Also the game wants me to finish the Butterfly story and i have no idea where i should do this?
