Think my game might by bugged cuz evies actually not appearing at all

Im on day 36 with Lucy, Rebecca, Fara, Luna, and Shino at lvl 5. The prologue quest says to progress with Rebecca to meet a pink haired girl, when i looked at the wiki it said to the bicycle parking, ive looked there at every time of day and theres no talking option to ask about it with Rebecca. Some help would be appriciated.

you should put this on steam to reduce the lag and crashing, maybe adding a graphics quality changer in the settings could help aswell. great game otherwise
