I don't see anything saying I'm exhausted (nor have I done anything the wiki says causes it), and it happens even after a full night's sleep?

Ok, I'm a dummy. How tf do I chop oak for Logan?! I have 3 strength (focused way more on charisma & appearance lol), the hatchet, and was fully rested. I even tried a Strength Potion to bring me up to 5 Strength. But it keeps telling me "You don't have any more strength left to work today". What do I dooooo?
