I purchased a physical copy plus the CD from WoGD. I got a download link to the main PDF only but none of these extras, nor did they send me the CD or links to MP3s. WoGD has also not replied to any of my inquiries. You able to lend a hand?

I purchased the Deluxe physical version from WoGD but did not receive PDFs through them. What's the best way for me to get the digital? Thanks.
