is toga in this game?

I seen a post saying it has himiko toga in it is that true? Or is that something that was just added because if shes in ill get it

yea I have all the hearts at purple and they won't go up or down they've just stayed at 6 purple

Im not sure if im stuck or its maxxed out but im stuck at 6 pink ish purple hearts and every time the percentage gets to 100 it just goes back to 0 am i missing anything or is 6 the most you can get?
