I'm sorry to bother you with this, but I'm still having trouble purchasing games from PayPal.I can't make purchases with the two bank credit cards I already have.
I originally thought it was a security issue with my bank, so tried applying for a new credit card from a lower-security bank.
But the same problem persists, as shown in the attached image.
I'm not sure this is an issue with itchuo or paypal,has anyone else encountered the same situation?

I'm actually having the same problem, maybe a little different. This is my first time buying a game on Itchio and from Taiwan. I can access PayPal and enter my credit card, but this appears at checkout.
not sure it's PayPal or bank's problem (I've actually tried credit cards from two banks, but neither worked). I'm thinking maybe my banks are just a little cautious about using credit cards from abroad.
Now I trying to apply for a credit card from a less secure bank, but I'm not sure if it will work.
I'm confused because I can pay with credit cards for some NSFW manga, but not for games on Itchio. Is this some kind of double standard?
Some groups turn a blind eye to the real suffering of others around the world and attack those they feel are powerless to fight back (maybe they really think eliminating NSFW games is more important than the loss of women's rights in the Middle East? I totally don't understand), and international credit card issuers allow this to happen.
