Why is there 2 versions of this for one version it says demo but which one is up to date

So i completed the game and saved where you taught me to do but how is this gonna sync with the next update

And now i got it what to do with it no hint at what to do. He is saying progress with the girls but i need the ingredients that i can't find anywhere

So i am getting confused here because whenever i am going to god for what to do it's telling me "You didn't fully explored the ruined city yet but you can progress with girls" i don't know which city he's talking idk what i missed here someone help me

So I finished the game now what can i do with it how can i save the progress in the next update because i want to uninstall it anyone someone here help me

So i am defending lady slutham and i am questioning the adult shop owner but for some reason i can't make him talk. I took out every evidence from toilets and shop but none evidence are proving anything. Is there something i missed?

But sir i have played multiple likes of these games on this device and they ran smoothly but it's the one giving me problem

It's like all the time i played it for 1/2 hour and it's still like this it's glitching like crazy every dialogue/scene/visual everything

Dude it's literally glitching out everytime i touch it's like showing/flashing every process/dialogue twice getting so frustrating
