I have created an account here mainly to comment on this game, and all I can say is;
Well-freaking-done brother!
How the choices affect the quests, how a random encounter can make or break your party especially on the early levels, and the kingdom dynamics, it's all very well thought.
I've been looking for a game like this that is both dynamic and choice based for quite some time. I can see that you're still developing because every time I come back to it I find newly added features etc, but still, I have already put a good deal of time into the game even in this state, and will be looking forward to any future updates!
