I love this game but i recommend making the ragdll better. although the ragdoll is aleady good, it misses the feature where npcs cover the wound from a shot like covering their shoulder or leg if they're shot there.
unzip the zip file using 7zip or WinRAR and a folder with the same name will be created (this is essentially just extracting what's inside the zip file). Once that happens, double click the folder and you'll find the .exe file
