Developers would need to create much more complex animations.
In Streams, the main character is the protagonist herself, not just a "sex bot", so animations would need to show both participants, not just one body part.

This would also require:

• More clothing variations

• Different body types

• More types of adult items (like strap-ons, etc.)

Additionally, there would need to be:

• More detailed animations for climaxes

• Features for things like physical needs (e.g., hydration during long streams)

• A system to track endurance, showing how much the character can handle without passing out

Overall, this would significantly increase the complexity of the game.

There probably won't be an update for another couple months and it could be the last one due to payment systems.

The update is being made, they just don't show it to those who don't pay, according to what I've seen in the headlines on patreon, there should be a new scene and something to do with a bathroom
