how do I get into up town

on phone browser for me in the character creation menu, all of the buttons and sliders in the 2nd column do not work

just curios here but what controls whether the ghosts masterbate on camera? Is it completely random chance or is it something else. I’m not sure if it’s random because when I had 2 on the same camera they did it simultaneously.
