Try this:

1. Close the game if you already have it open.
2. Delete the game folder currently installed.
3. (Assuming you're using Windows) Press Start (Windows Key) then:
   1. Search for "Run".
   2. In the terminal that opens, search "%appdata%".
   3. Find the folder titled "RenPy".
   4. In this folder, search for another folder for this game, probably called "Unveiling-1604532129".
   5. Delete this folder.
4. Now re-download the game, unzip, and attempt to play again.
5. If the problem persists, I would probably reply to this message and get the Creator to fix.
