Hello- I've been trying my best to do everything by myself in-the game, but a question bothers me and I havent gotten a clue on how to solve it, when you come across the Institution with Dr. Harvely I can't get it right, I've tried a lot of times and every time it just gets me to repeat it, anyone knows how to solve it- please send help,

I'm super confused, none of the controls are working just the movement and jumping button, the stop time doesn't work, and the interact button doesn't work as well. I'm on Pc

can anyone help me with the safe concel thing?? I made it the open thing but I forgot how to get at the door
