I had to make an Itch account to leave a review on this game. Honestly if you told me that this was a demo for a full game I would give it a 10/10.

It dances on the line of being a cozy, 'brain-off' idler almost with a level of automatization. The ending had me begging for more.

Firstly for a game made in 72 hours this is stellar. From concept to gameplay. The designs of the plants, and the use of insects were so visually pleasing in this dystopian solar punk atmosphere.

Now if this were ever to become a real game I would hope that there is an expansion on the types of plants, lighting, creatures-- mainly upgrades. I would LOVE if these upgrades weren't just better versions of the previous but leaned to differing playstyles in a way.

Maybe certain plants can't have certain creatures, or have to be under a (new type) of light (UV?). Maybe certain plants cannot have multiple signal inputs going into it or it short circuits(?) Or maybe need to be in a special type of pot, or fertilizer? It would also be interesting if these things weren't spelt out for the player, but a learn as they go with a journal?

Also if this were to become a fully fleshed out game, possible phone upgrades? Capacity, speed, range etc.

As you can tell I've become very enamored with this world within the hours I spent playing it. If you haven't already, play this game its a joy.
