Small detail, with "narrate to the audience" I meant live while you're holding the mic. No need to have a narrator's voice in the video.

Hi all,
Now that all your builds are finished and you are polishing and playtesting, it is time to think about what happens today! To recap:
2pm is the deadline for the submission! This entails that your final build is available on itch.io and submitted in this jam.
From 2pm till around 4pm we have playsessions in the hall downstairs, we'll play eachothers games and vote on eachothers game for the community award!
After you've cleaned the room you've been using (see the other announcement about that) we all go downstairs, each team has one laptop available for people to play and we start playing eacothers games. You can then vote for the best game in this jam!
After that chaos (because choas it will be) we'll start with the showcase! For the showcase we'll need a video of max. 2 minutes in which you demonstrate the gameplay of your game. Each team will be invited to the stage, given the opportunity to say a few words about the game and then we'll start the video. Don't make it awkwardly quiet during the video, narrate to the audience what happens in the game and make the jury enthousiastic about your project!
Feel free to create this video after the deadline, no need to stress about that, as long as it's uploaded before 4pm we're good. You upload the video to this location: https://studenthowest-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/g/personal/alex_vanden_abeele_howest...
After the showcase the jury will decide the winners for the indie and student award, the foodtruck should have arrived by then, we'll start opening the bar, and the festivities will begin! I've even heard a rumor that the DAE band will play live music!
Keep an eye out for further announcements as it is very well possible that I forgot to mention stuff here, so check it regularly!
Have fun!
