Having to switch between types for an enemy that can be shielded by different types is a cool idea. I kind of wish the play area was at least as wide as it is tall. Good use of theme!

Neat game, would love to see it expanded upon. I would have loved some upgrades or different guns. The music stopped looping but that's an easy fix.

Try to contact the administrators and sort it out. It happens!

Really well implemented tower defense mechanics. Turtles are cute and I was surprised by how many mutations there were! Would love to see this fleshed out. The difficulty may also need higher curving towards the end. But very cool!

Shooting feels pretty good, the mutation progression is well done. I had a bit of a scaling issue on the web build but that might be just me. Would have loved to see some audio. Keep it up.

I like these kinds of games, I just wish there was more of it!

Thank you for the kind words!

The lab was one of the last things to come together and had the least time to polish it up.  It's not tutorialized but you can actually put a yip on the launch pad to open up their DNA, and you can drag and drop genes in and out of compatible gene slots. This allows you to stack up a specific yip with DNA from other yips or breed those genes for use in other yips.

Turn based stealth is one of the more original concepts this jam. Grid based games is one of the more challenging things to do in a jam's time crunch, there's a lot of moving parts to it but you managed to do it without any bugs! Good job!

Accurate recreation of genre staples in both art and mechanics. The platforming was pixel level tight, which can be a bit frustrating.

Impressed by the character controller that can change which shape you're inhabiting pretty seamlessly. Weird shooting scheme but I liked it overall.

Good use of theme, I like the management gameplay loop of it. This game has a lot of UI work put into it and it all functions well. Good job.

This reminded me of old flash games I used to play. I love beat em ups so this gets big ups from me. I hope To Be Continued is a promise!

Impressed by the effort you went into VO'ing a lot of dialogue, the mutation mechanic was neat.

Really good horror game. The atmosphere of the environment is perfect. Impressed by the quality of the assets. I was able to open the fuse box to try and go for the alternate ending but I didn't have any clickable elements.

I like worker assignment in games, but unfortunately the scaling proved to be a bit of an issue. Keep working at it! Congrats on your first jam!

Really good use of theme, I liked how chill the vibe and gameplay is. Your artstyle is very cohesive, even down to how the font fits!

I have looksmaxxed.... But at what cost?

The opening scene made me laugh. 12 hours is crazy though, I would love to see what the 9 day version of this game would be like!

Cool intro sequence, I like the concept of an FTL like game where you can design your ship. Took me a bit to get my bearings but after that it clicked.

Concept is really cool, I love grid based games. One of the more complex games in the jam mechanically.

Good use of lighting and 3d. Earning the shotgun felt very satisfying. I was a bit unsure if there was an objective of floors to go through, I wasn't sure if it was an infinite room generation type thing. More upgrades to keep the player engaged through to level 10 would have been nice. Solid understanding of survival horror principles.

Good use of various effects, and I like the story implementation. Kind of wish there was an autoclick function, there were quite a few clickers in this jam and my hands get sore easily.

The battle animations made me laugh.  Frannie is cute. Waiter, more Frannie please!

Surprised by how extensive your 3d work is in this. I really liked the ichor clearing mechanics, reminds me of super mario sunshine.

Cool little puzzle game. Very addictive. I like the art style.

I admire the games that do one thing and just polish it a ton, this is definitely one of those. I'm a fan of card games, so I played it through all the way to the end. Kinda wish there was an endless mode or something, my build was just coming together!

Cool use of changing world state, I like the mixtape as an optional. I had to replay the game and get it.

Neat concept, surprisingly polished for someone's first game ever! Keep at it!

In terms of content, there's actually over 100 different genes in the game!

One of the more balanced clickers I've seen for a jam, doesn't rely too too much on manual clicks, and has an on-ramp that always has the player earning enough coins for at least one upgrade pretty much every minute. Well done.

We meant to rebalance the numbers for some of the genes but did not end up doing as thorough of a sweep so we have some genes that are still balanced to the old buffs which results in some wildly strong yips. Definitely one of the things we'd focus on post-jam!

One of the more unique concepts I've played so far, quite challenging due to RNG, I like the presentation.

Good rage game, it rode the fine line between frustration and wanting to keep me going long enough to beat it. The backtracking is a good way to keep players who fall (while having new powers) engaged.  The music is nice and calm. The loading wasn't too bad on my PC!

The animation and the art style is really good, I dig it.

Definitely one of the most original games I've played this jam. Incredible use of theme. Quite atmospheric and tickled those fears of surgery. Drag and drop could use some work, and some more medical tools/procedures would have been a nice ramp-up on difficulty. Good job.

Wow this was a really well optimized 3d web build! I'm genuinely impressed, most 3d web builds don't run this smooth. The snails are cute, and the racing is fun.

Good use of one core mechanic, good ramping up of difficulty. Aesthetic is tied together well. Made me want a pizza.

This game had a surprising amount of narrative, and I like the in-game choices. The artstyle was nice too!

Really reminded me of the spore germ stage, the best stage. Good use of mutation system, cool art, some decent upgrades.

That slime death sound is very very squishy and moist.  Wish I got to smoke the stoagie.
