You can grind additional piles of scraps or kill more lesser scrangs to lv up snd buy more efficient weapons and armors. 

You must have at least 5 STEALING to start the quest I think. I can't check because I'll be AFK for a while. You can check your current STEALING status in the menu btw. Also, I think there's a popup message if you don't have enough STEALING.

Yes because there's nothing to do there anymore. There are different levels with similar names. "South Lowparts LV3" is the golden gremlin quest's final location (Sham). "Underparts LV3" but the name isn't displayed where the demonorph were catched Anfalel.

Good work.  But if you are in a desperate situation you can try to find one of those big closets and hit "enter" to break it and get an antidote, vital plus or energetix if you're lucky.
