thanks!! the effect is unity's post processing bloom, about the buttons lasting longer, i did add a small grace period on the last level since i found it trickier, but the other buttons are meant to stay pressed!

About the restart, sorry about that  i did try to add it, but i couldn't do it in time, I'll definitely implement it down the line :)
