How can I do the Steam Rub with Christa?

I already max out the story of all the girls in Arc 1 and I was about to talk to Instructor to leave camp, but I got notified I had a mission from Mirror Man. I talked to him and he wanted me to do a Steam Rub with Christa, but I cannot talk to her about it.

I'm near the end of Chapter 1, but I cannot talk to Christa after Heart 15 with diary "Maybe it's time to talk to Christa? She'll be in her room in the evening." This is exactly after having fun Ymir. 

I see Christa by herself, but when I try to talk to her, the only option I get is LEAVE. No other interaction is possible.
