yes I know, it's just that I think it's better to be 2.0 than 1.3 because almost 2 years is no longer a short amount of time for a minor update.

almost 2 years waiting for the next version, the new version should be 2.0 not 1.3 because you need a long time to work on this new version and of course a lot of content added  with a new chapter too (chapter 1)).
