wow wow! you nailed the aesthetic and the music and everything. I'm only a minute in but i love it. It seems well designed, and not confusing to figure out. I like the speech blips for the family, how does that work? it kind of seems like array of notes that get chosen randomly.
nice nice I really liked the opening cinematic and the music like that guy said. And I liked the combined 2d and 3d graphics, I liked the character animation and artstyle. But the gameplay was kind of hard because the controls were a little unresponsive and floaty, and I didn't know what to do. Is there a way to kill the little crab guys? (who were pretty cute by the way) or are you supposed to just jump over them.
this is so good, I could totally see this being fleshed out into a full game! There is so much possibility in the gameplay. Plus the art and music are amazing, I'm stunned.
