I saw her twice in the temple and she never showed up again. Is this related to my decision not to release her before the update?

I have only interacted with Samantha twice on the beach, but she showed me four new options during our conversation on Tuesday. However, I cannot advance the plot by selecting the first three options, so I can only choose the fourth option to reject. After I completed three interactions, she did not invite me again.
