There should be a global and clan chat, global would need payment of some kind (not real money ofc, materials), and clan would be free. I just find it hard to be able to make a clan, and when i succeed, it falls apart due to miscommunication. 
also, you should add a spawn point block, which could also work as a teleporter. if you do, PLEASE make it expensive (at least expensive enough to make it fair).
