its a .swf file just download it in firefox or something and play it using a standalone flash player lmao standalone can be found here, on the official website https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html

And download the "object" file on page info in firefox (or in my example, a derivative browser Waterfox), rename the file extension on the end of the file to ".swf", and load it up in your local flashplayer. I've done so here and it works just fine in the standalone flash player as you can see in the attached images
Oh, and while flash might be gone from Adobe soon, the standalone will work fine as long as you've made sure to download a local copy to your PC before its all taken down from their website, so be sure to grab one soon from them.
