Besides the patreon version being a newer build, is there any major difference between this version and the patreon? Like is the itch version a demo?

I might just be not far enough in the game yet, but I'm at the Twig contract scene, and was wondering if there is a Hilde route, or a Hilde scene coming up, or in development? 

Also I'm on the 1.9.3-8 version of the game, and was wondering how much more content is there, from where I'm at? There are only a few more "quests" for the girls on the tip menu and I don't want it to be over yet. Does the Patreon version have significantly more content? I've been thinking about supporting the game, but might wait until a few more updates come out, to have more content to play.

How much more content is in the paid version over the demo? Ive played the game for a few hours now and Im thinking its worth the cost but I dont want to invest anymore time into the demo, if I plan on buying the game
