Hello! We do have animated scenes, yes! Most require advancing into the girls' chapters, but Jill's can be seen right in the intro!

Thanks for the feedback! The characters aren’t actually locked, you need to progress and level them up to unlock their chapters. We’re updating the game this week and also improving how clearly the core gameplay works.
