Can I transfer my save from the browser version to the downloadable or do I have to start over?

I can't finish the "train with Christa and Ymir" event in Ymir's questline in Arc 2. After fingering Ymir for a bit the game softlocks during the scene transition.

It just remains frozen on this screen :/


Update: It mysteriously worked a dozen restarts later lmao
