I'm pretty sure it's as simple as - the longer "M-Guy" pets "Pepper's" head, the happier she is and the more positively she responds to M-Guy finishing - starting from "Stop! I can't handle that!" to "That was amazing." And, clicking repeatedly on the... pickle... in the bottom left squishes it, which (if you keep clicking) keeps M-Guy from finishing. Just like in real life.

No judgment about your preferences. I may not 'get' NTR, but I do understand and enjoy maledom, which this kind of is as well, depending on which character the player decides to put themselves in ;).
But I have to commend the creativity and effort on display - the whole concept of the dual screen, the combination of gameplay and NPC conversations with the phone, ongoing commentary from the peanut gallery, replies to the Princess and the lizard - just a ton of dialogue, interactions, micro-decisions and responses... it's really impressive. I'm imagining what a collaboration between DryBoneX and LordAardvark's Rabbit.Hole series would look like.
I just wish I could get the darn thing to run... it's my fault. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the game or the Unity whatever. I'm the one trying to play it on a crappy Chromebook, but it always, always freezes/locks. Sometimes it's after 15 seconds, sometimes after a few minutes, but I never get very far in before I get a pop-up error which is quickly followed by a freeze - and I really, really want to see all the writing you put together. All in all, though, great job, really interesting and creative.
