Yeah I meant the bugs in general. are you a first time developer by any chance? cuz that probably explains why.
Yeah I see what you mean but I don't think many people will like that idea in an action game (maybe it's just me I don't want to ruin your game). Maybe you can make the true final boss feel more climactic than the XGA fight because it's a follow up to defeating the Bio-corp for once and for all.
But I mean do I have to pay for the game again if I already have the game in my library?
I was just craving for some game like Environmental Station Alpha lately and I've been satisfied. I also see some Metroid Dread inspiration in the game cuz I have been playing that before on Switch 2.
Yeah that makes sense. that's why i restarted the game and beat it quicker.
I liked the game imo but it is still undercooked atm. good video games usually dont have extremely fast pacing and usually respect the player's reaction. I'm personally just good at it, have all the metroid skills in my subconscious. The final boss was a joke though. I thought he was hard at first until I figured it out I have the dash that damages him. He was super easy after that. I had to just dash through him. I have a bit of feedback on the XGA boss for the final version.
try make the arena bigger so it doesn't look like you are fighting him in a small confinement. Maybe introduce new attacks along the way so it feels like you are fighting an actual boss, not just a patrolling alien creature. it will feel underwhelming and anticlimactic.
btw do I have to pay for the Special Edition if I already have the game?
So i hopped on the game and started from my last save in sector 4 cuz I wandered around again before the update. When I exit sector 4 now (exit to tram in main sector towards the teleporter hub), the game crashes and a pop up appears with an error.
yeah I pretty much escaped the XGA's patrolling. Thank you to know i am on the right path. I progressed through the 2nd half of the game with the red suit, dash, beat harambe in sector 3, lava boss in sector 2 and turtle boss in Sector 4. I have charge shot, spread shot, impact shot, reflect shot, dash engine, wall scaler, heat balancer, x vision, hydrodash, jet jump, nano shield, s invisibility, nuclear blast, shock wave and X Swing. The version I downloaded is 5.12.24.
I do not know where to go. I just got out of Sector 4 after beating the turtle wind boss and getting the explosive shield shot, and the game reset back to early game with all the music and without the red abomination chasing me around like an E.M.M.I. Was I supposed to stay in Sector 4 to fight that red guy? Because if I had to, then game is bad at giving me directions and I pretty much beat the game without an ending. I think I hit the point where you haven't finished the game haha.
