When you click on an object, don’t use WASD or the arrow keys that interrupts the automatic movement and prevents the character from reaching the invisible waypoint that activates the action, greetings.

Sometimes the camera bugs out because the scene loads in a weird order. In the Main Menu → Load Game there is a save you can use to reload the level or choose another one. Reloading the level usually fixes it.
