I did it a bit too fast and forgot to add any tutorial, but in this case: BioCheckbox is used when you use Biolume or Reptile DNA in the fusion and CyberCheckbox is used when you use Cyber :3

Also the wheel only spins clockwise! It's made like that because of a bug that let's the player go back and forth, it gets to 100% instantly. T^T
