This could be your computer blocking the file from downloading. You might need to make sure you have "allow cookies" and go directly to your downloads and click "allow download"

Hi! I'm not the mod creator, but I assume they are going to be busy getting it fixed for the updates. I wanted to know if you redownloaded the mod with the June 8th version? If so, maybe do a repair on your sims 4 file just to let it fix anything that might be in the way of reading the mod. Of course, we might have to wait for a new update and maybe that will fix all your issues as well.
