Haven't actually played the game yet lmao,
but I would say this is very likely with the relatively recent problem of payment processors refusing service for games with stuff like incest.

If I purchase the current version of the game now on Itch, how does that work for future versions? Would I have access to future updates permanently or would I have to buy again to get the future versions?

I've only just started chapter 2, so maybe I just haven't gotten to it yet, but is it ever explained exactly what different stats ("parameters") do?

Trying to buy equipment and stuff and while I can guess what speed and some of the others do, some are very vague. For example what in the world does stamina do for Mark?  I think being able to read the descriptions of these stats from some book or menu would be greatly informative and a big help.

Sorry if the title sounds condescending, to clarify I think this is a great game and I can see it's being worked on constantly.

But small bit of critique, I think a tiny bit of audio would go a long way. Literally just some stock moaning to go over the CG's would make a big difference. That being said I don't know anything about game development so for all I know that might be a difficult task.
