Yeah I tried calibrating it several times. It does seem like issue might just be it not being able to read it—but it does manage to track my head and arm motions (sorta).

Hello there! I tried using this with Animaze—I'm kind of met with the problem of my eyes always being closed. I tried turning off my webcam, and it wouldn't even work then (with the webcam off, the eyes always stay open). I've been messing with the simple model for now, but the motion tracking appears relatively limited for now. Regardless, this is an amazing tool! It's been pretty useful so far.
