then, in the guide, what does it mean when it states Romance/Hookup Preference removed if previously set?

i have question about hookup preference. 

currently, i go through Alex's path & at the beginning of Day 2, i already decide what kind of relationship i wanna have with him (from Marcon convo).

then, i've given choice about my opinion with others. if i decide to hookup with other character, it will remove my Week 1 hookup preference with Alex. will this affect Alex's path later or it doesn't matter?

i can't unlock Will CG#10, the scene come up in the game but it doesn't appear in Gallery.
