I tried searching for the song. Unfortunately, "empty promises" is a very popular song title.
I was never really able to get a clean recording of it, maybe you could run it through a reverse search.
(If you're able to get it from the files).

Can you (or anyone else) tell me the name of that song that plays during the tutorial section when you check out the small lab?
I was curious since it was a really interesting song, and I can't find it anywhere.
