You have to increase your charisma to 4 by going to a fortune teller every week, she appears after you process the story (idk how much though)

I really like it, gotta let it cook for a while though

How did you get past the name screen, my phone won't bring up the keyboard for the last name

Edit: never mind I found a fix, you just got to pull down the top of the screen (don't worry your game didn't freeze) and then tap on the screen again
