Hello! I’m sorry for the late response. It’s been a while so I can’t say I remember what would be the cause of that bug. Did it maybe happen when you kill the siren first while the minions are left alive?

As for the game sometimes crashing, I haven’t been getting any report of such bug. I’m really sorry for the inconveniences and thank you for telling me about it^^; I remember reaching out for orbs used to cause a lot of bugs on the older versions. May I ask if you were playing the latest version and didn’t migrate a save file from an older version to a newer one?
