cant seem to beat the bottle gun game this there a cheats for it??

it worked on the older version but now on the latest update it wont work when i try and get to the which or the forest even thou i have those quests

I tried a restart with a new game and skip missions and still cant use the map

got the lasted update but i am unable to global map to come up when i click on it

PC 8.0c

Is anyone else having issues with Quest 17..i cant never catch the right fish.
