I have the same issue, I cannot do the first goal of the game, as I cannot interact with the window. 

Game looks nice though!

Loved the look! Had some issues with accidentally hitting the wrong pixels I assume. But i can definitely see some people really liking this!

And the "Cramp" and "Heart Attack" addition is really fun

Most fun game I've played so far! Definitely has something that's worth exploring more

I couldn't figure out which buttons to press or actions to do, but the design looks nice! And the concept sounds fun

Nice little idea! It did gave me stress though, haha. I don't think it's my type of game.
