Hi! SanSan media is an unlockable bonus gallery for main characters. Once there is an event there, a green icon will appear surrounding the girl's portrait, that unlocks and image. To continue progressing the game you need to enter SanSan budget, you unlock an event for the location investing in that zone, it's represented by a red heart (each heart is one event) I'm working on the minigame for next update, for now you can spam the money button and then invest in the locations.
