Fun game, at times when I got collision spammed by the planets I felt like I'm playing a very annoying Mario Kart race, haha. Really satisfying to get to the end! Sound design was really neat, even without any bg music, which I guess fits the theme of the end of the universe. The movement felt really good, I can imagine it would fit a space shooter really well too.
It worked now, not sure what happened before.
Gotta be honest, one of my favourites so far! The winter climate combined with the graphics reminded me of Lugaru lol. The final jump was a great mechanic with having to time powering up the jump, I think there's a lot of ways you could potentially expand on this game (it does stand strong on its own as it is though). Really enjoyed it!
If anything I'd love to see a tiny update to add sound effects for player actions, especially having snowy stepping sounds would add to the vibe even more.
Fun game! :) I like the art design, simple yet very readable and enjoyable to look at.
I don't think "stars" saved correctly for me though when I finished the levels. Would be nice if backtracking did not kill the player but instead just go back the the previous screen. Also in the last level when falling for 2 screens, it would be good to make it more obvious third fall is death for clarity.
Very nice looking game and I enjoy the concept, the presentation is really strong. I wish the animation was a bit quicker though :)
One "however" from me:
I have never seen repeat in GDScript and so I've been trying and crashing with a for loop for a short while before I read the docs. I would encourage you to add the for loop instead, or put a disclaimer that it's not a native GDScript loop to avoid confusing absolute newbies who potentially want to learn GDScript with your game.
Neat, I always enjoy a fun marble platformer.
I would prefer if you didn't have to pick up 100% of the gems in the stage though, so I could focus on speed only! And have some stages locked behind total gems collected, so they have value after all. Also would love to be able to jump and control the camera as it's hard to figure out where you have to go in some places.
