Because the Quest 1 and 2 is based on Android/Linux and thus uses APKs for the games. You can sideload cuatom games using SudeQuest and Develiper Mode.

Mac is built on a UNIX environment, which Linux runs on as well. Wine ( aka WineHQ, which you can use on Linux to get some/a lot of Windows apps working natively) on Mac is available here.

There may be a bug. When the configure screen opens, it's fine. However, it crashes right after the Unity logo fades. I have tried every combination of both graphics, and size, none of which will work. Please fix this, it looks great!
