This is an incredible template. It's got everyone you'd want in a retro shooter template, it's really neat and tidy. It's basically ready to go and it's super easy to extend and add stuff to.
The only thing it'd benefit from that's missing is save & load
functionality. Oh and maybe difficulty settings..
