In case anyone was wondering, this issue still persists even after the latest update.

I doubt it, I updated my audio drivers after first noticing the problem and have not had this issue with any other game I have played. The problem also persists even if I use a different audio output device as well, whether it be a headset, speakers, or Bluetooth earbuds.

Anyone else having an issue where the game has either no audio or crackling audio issues? I attempted to run the game in Compatibility mode for Windows 8 just in case and it only made the sound issues louder and worse. Currently running Nvidia drivers version 512.15. I tried two fresh installs just in case as well to make sure the issue wasn't a faulty install.
